Refund Policy

At Ready Set Wild, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@readysetwild.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Securely package the item(s) with all original materials
- Ship the package to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@readysetwild.com. We'll help facilitate the exchange as quickly as possible. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
