Shipping and Delivery

At Ready Set Wild, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once it ships.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays. We'll notify you if there are any delays with your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
Cost: $5.95 (FREE on orders over $50)

Expedited Shipping (3-4 Business Days)
Cost: $12.95

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
Cost: $24.95

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@readysetwild.com.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. Contact us within 48 hours if you still can't locate your package, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us immediately at support@readysetwild.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • International addresses (outside the U.S.)
  • Freight forwarders

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
